These terms apply when you use the Raidex website, customer account, software download, or license service.
Your account
Give accurate information, protect your login, and tell support if you believe someone else accessed your account. Do not share private session links, passwords, or license keys.
License and permitted use
A confirmed order gives you a limited, personal right to use Raidex for the plan and number of simultaneous instances shown at checkout. You may not resell, share, bypass, tamper with, or attack the license service, or use Raidex to harm another person or system.
Plans and availability
Time-limited plans last for the period shown at checkout. A Lifetime plan has no scheduled renewal and lasts while Raidex remains available and officially supported. Features may change when needed for game, emulator, security, or service changes.
Payments
Prices, currency, included instances, and the total are shown before you leave for Stripe or PayPal. A license is issued or extended only after the payment is confirmed. Refund and cancellation requests follow the Refund and cancellation policy and any mandatory consumer law.
Service limits
Automation can be affected by game updates, emulator changes, network problems, account state, and settings. Raidex does not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular in-game result. Back up your profiles before major changes.
Third-party services
Raidex is independent third-party software and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Supercell. Your use of Clash of Clans, MuMu Player, Discord, Stripe, and PayPal remains subject to their own terms. You are responsible for deciding whether automation is permitted for your account and location.
Suspension
Access may be limited or revoked for payment reversal, fraud, abuse, attempts to bypass licensing, attacks on the service, or a serious breach of these terms. Support can review mistakes and disputes.
The legal operator name, business address, governing law, dispute venue, and any business-specific warranty or liability terms are not available in this codebase. Add them after professional review.
