This notice explains the information used to run the Raidex website, customer account, licenses, checkout, downloads, and support.

Information Raidex uses

• Account details you provide, such as an email address, or identity details returned by Discord when you choose Discord login.
• License records, plan, activation state, device binding, expiry, and download access.
• Order details such as plan, amount, currency, payment provider, payment status, and provider transaction references.
• Technical and security data needed to operate the service, investigate abuse, and keep sessions working.
• Messages and files you choose to send in a private support ticket.

Payments

Card and PayPal payment details are entered on Stripe or PayPal pages. Raidex does not ask you to enter a full card number on this website. The payment provider sends Raidex the result and references needed to match the payment to your order.

Why the information is used

Raidex uses this information to create and protect your account, confirm orders, issue and validate licenses, provide downloads, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and keep required business records.

Cookies and browser storage

The public marketing pages do not use advertising trackers. The separate customer account service uses necessary session cookies so you can stay signed in. Stripe, PayPal, Discord, and their security providers may use their own cookies when you visit their services.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the account, payment, hosting, download, and support flows, or when disclosure is required by law. Records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, including security, accounting, dispute, and legal duties.

Your choices

You can ask for help with your account data through a private Raidex support ticket. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to records Raidex must keep by law.
